No medical card or prescription is required. All Zivenno products are hemp-derived and federally
compliant.

Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase or use Zivenno products. Age verification is required at
checkout, and an age-confirmation pop-up appears when entering the website.

Our hemp products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in accordance with federal law. Certain items
may contain other hemp-derived cannabinoids as indicated on the product label and Certificate of
Analysis.

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring compound found in hemp. In its raw state,
THCa is non-psychoactive. Product details and third-party lab reports are available with every listing.

Every Zivenno product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited third-party
laboratory. COAs are updated annually (or sooner) and are displayed next to each product.

We partner with certified labs to test each batch for potency, purity, heavy metals, pesticides, and
residual solvents. Our fulfillment partners follow strict packaging and quality-control standards.

Zivenno ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping. Orders from
restricted states will be automatically declined at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery status in real
time.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team with your order number. We’ll
investigate the issue and work to resolve it according to our shipping policy.

Some Zivenno items may contain Delta-8 THC where permitted by state law. All such items are clearly
labeled and include a Delta-8 disclaimer.

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect,
please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery for assistance or replacement.
